We offer a variety of services for the presentation of your projects. You can share with us any idea you have and we will find an approach to it. Our experience allows us to work on projects of all sizes, from small apartments to skyscrapers.
Typically our projects involve the development of a range of services such as exterior and interior images. We try to take the initiative into our own hands and offer our clients ideas to present their projects in the most appropriate light. If we consider that the frames chosen by the client are not sufficient to represent the project, we offer our own for a small fee or as a bonus if budget allows.
–EXTERNAL
When developing the visualization of the exterior, we take into account all architectural features. It is very important for us to ensure that the architectural structure of the future fits the environment. We read the features of the land and the purpose of the building and show it on the visualizations. Whether it is a secluded villa surrounded by nature or an office building with a busy street, it is important for us to reflect the right atmosphere.
-INTERIOR AREAS
A feature of the development of interior visualization is the fine-tuning of materials and lighting. We approach each image separately, catching the atmosphere in which the design will look the most profitable.
-CLOSE-UPS
Additional images in close-up format always work great. This is a nice way to support the project, complete the presentation, show important details. Usually, we shoot close-ups if we feel the potential of the project and time permits.
– VIRTUAL REALITY
This service provides the most detailed and comprehensive overview of all areas of a project. We offer our customers both individual 360° panoramas and complete VR tours.
-ANIMATION
This is a great way to bring life to a project. A completely different look at the representation of architecture and design. This service allows our clients to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the project. We find unique details and make them visible with an artistic vision and a subtle sense of beauty.
STEP 1:
Choice of camera angles
We create a model, add the basic furniture pieces that match our contract. Next, we offer the client a choice of camera angles in the form of screenshots or clay renders.
STEP 2:
After choosing an angle, we render a color render with more detailed geometry. At this stage, we provide the client with the most complete picture. Lighting, decor and other details in accordance with our contract…
STEP 3:
We make changes on the feedback we receive after step 2, based on customer comments.
STEP 4:
We complete the final changes and give the final render at the desired resolution.
QUESTIONS:
1-What do we need to get started?
We can start with the minimum amount of material if it will help speed up the process. But we have compiled a list of what we need to work on so that the client is completely satisfied with the result. Detailed technical task allows us to avoid misunderstanding on both sides.
— drawings (PDF or JPG is fine for us, but having a DWG is most preferable)
— 3D model (presence of 3D model helps us avoid unnecessary questions, but it is not very important)
— angles (we need to see the required angle in the drawings for each image we need to show on the render)
— general information (quantity, size and orientation of final images, location of the building on the map, what will be the reflection from the windows (if this is not specified, we get the best with pure light))
— timeline (deadline)
— references (lighting style, interior style, color scheme, materials and objects in the visualization)
— photos (photos of the project) object and its surroundings will help us a lot)
— event (information about whether we should add any contacts and which scenario should be shown in the rendering)
2-Is modeling included in the price?
Modeling is included in the price, but the manufacture of a group of individual models of furniture, complex structures or buildings with classic facades is discussed separately.
